JoJo Adams, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Jackson office, presented to the Mississippi Bankers Association on April 26, 2022. JoJo's presentation focused on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' (OFCCP) current audit and enforcement practices, as well as the need to certify certain compliance measures on the OFCCP portal by June 30, 2022. The presentation also discussed the need to have proper Affirmative Action Plans in place for compliance and audit purposes.
