The Employers Council Network (ECN) is an exclusive organization composed of members of leading labor and employment law practices representing each of the 50 states and Canada. The members of the ECN convene each year to share ideas on a variety of topics including developing trends in the law and legal market place and practice development. The ECN also conducts two national seminars each year for human resource professionals and publishes a popular HR reference guide, "50 Employment Laws in 50 States," which the members update annually.
