Jones Walker state and local tax partners Jay Adams, French Brown, and Chris Lutz participated in the Council on State Taxation's (COST) Southeast Regional State Tax Seminar on June 25, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The seminar brought together tax professionals to cover important state tax updates and issues nationally and in the southeastern states. Jay participated in the "Anatomy of Best Ways to Address SALT Controversy – Part 2" session, and French participated in the "Current National Legislative Developments" session. Chris participated in the "Discussion of State Tax Cases, Issues & Policy Matters to Watch" and the "Anatomy of Best Ways to Address SALT Controversy – Part 1" sessions.
