Partners Jennifer L. Anderson and Timothy P. Brechtel will speak at the SouthWest Benefits Association's 21st Annual Employee Benefits Conference for Practitioners and Plan Sponsors, to be held November 18–19, 2010, in Dallas, Texas. Brechtel will serve as moderator of four sessions on November 18: "Internal Revenue Service & Department of Labor: National Office Update," "Developing a Long-Term Benefits Plan Strategy," "Increasing Retirement Security in 401(k) Plans," and "Non-Stop RocknRoll: The ERISA Litigation Update." Brechtel and Anderson will both serve as speakers in a session on "Managing Leave Administration" on November 19.
