MIAMI, July 15, 2010—Jones Walker is pleased to announce that Andrew S. Feuerstein has joined the firm's growing Miami office as a special counsel in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Feuerstein has represented individual and corporate clients in general litigation matters since 2000. His experience includes negotiating complex business transactions; drafting purchase, sale, share transfer, non-compete, and non-disclosure agreements; employment contracts; advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues and developing individualized corporate policies; handling real estate closings and related real estate transactions; and setting up and administering estates and managing other probate matters.

Prior to joining Jones Walker, Mr. Feuerstein was a shareholder at Feuerstein & Associates, P.A. in Miami and Stok & Associates, P.A. in Aventura, Fla. He is a 2000 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, and was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Mr. Feuerstein also received his Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a major in Accounting, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and a mortgage broker.
