Andy Lee, a partner on the Corporate Compliance and White Collar Defense Team in the New Orleans office, spoke during the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Corporate Counsel University in New Orleans on June 15th. Together with his co-presenters, Mr. Lee led the “Introduction to Corporate Litigation” discussion which included tips and tools helpful to gain a better understanding of an organization’s culture and goals regarding litigation, the financial impact of a lawsuit on the organization, and the management of risk and expectations, and early-resolution of disputes.
