Jones Walker LLP announces that Antonella Montagna joined the firm as Director of Pricing & Legal Project Management.

Ms. Montagna is an experienced pricing strategist and project manager who creates client-centric pricing structures and deploys Agile methodologies to drive efficiency across practice groups. She has previously worked for large-scale, nationally recognized law firms, analyzing matter details, claims, and the legal market to craft equitable pricing and service delivery models that benefit both the firm and its clients.

In her new role, Ms. Montagna is focused on developing an efficient practice management methodology and exploring alternative fee and rate structure arrangements. She is also working to enhance the firm’s processes and procedures around pricing, monitoring, and reporting, which includes the identification of key performance indicators to improve data gathering and monitoring.

Ms. Montagna received her JD from Georgetown University, and she holds an MBA from the University of Miami. She is a Certified Scrum Master, and she is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
