Brett Venn, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s “Evidence: Before, During, and After Trial” CLE on April 30, 2021. Brett presented on “Authentication of Evidence,” and he discussed best practices and requirements in Louisiana state and federal courts for establishing that evidence is what its proponent claims, with an emphasis on authentication of electronic evidence.
