State & Local Tax partners William M. Backstrom, Jr., John F. Fletcher and Jesse R. "Jay" Adams, III, all served as panelists during the Council on State Taxation's 46th Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois, on October 20-23, 2015.  Mr. Backstrom served on the panel, "Hidden Clawbacks – the New "Welcome Stranger" Paradigm," while Mr. Adams was a panelist on the , "Property Tax – Dealing with Local Assessors" panel. Mr. Fletcher served on the panels, "Implications of Intercompany Transactions," and "Report from the Front Lines: Southeast States Chamber Roundtable Discussion on Business Taxes."
