On October 21 and 22, tax partner Bill Backstrom presented at the 11th Annual Paul J. Hartman State and Local Tax Forum in Nashville. The annual forum is becoming widely recognized as one of the preeminent state and local tax forums in the US.  On October 21, Mr. Backstrom served as a judge on the moot court panel. On October 22,  he spoke on recent Louisiana state and local tax developments and on tax procedural rights and taxpayer bill of rights. Mr. Backstrom currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Forum.
