On October 6, tax partner Bill Backstrom spoke on "Sales and Use Tax Issues Related to Mergers and Acquisitions" at the Sales and Use Tax Symposium of the Institute of Professionals in Taxation in Indiana Wells, CA.  IPT is an association that provides educational opportunities related to sales and use taxes and property taxes for over 4000 members from all business and industry sectors.
