William M. Backstrom, Jr., a partner and leader of the firm’s Tax & Estates Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at the Council on State Taxation 2015 Spring Income Tax Conference. Mr. Backstrom's presentation, "Get Your Fair Share - Including Credits & Incentives In Your Business Strategies," provided practical insight on how to best procure income and franchise tax benefits and effectively deal with claw-back provisions. The conference took place in Memphis, Tennessee on April 21-25, 2015.
