The article titled, "Spring is Just Around the Corner - Is Your Louisiana Property Tax House in Order?", discusses the importance of following Louisiana's strict rules and procedural requirements for challenges. The article also discusses a recent decision by the Louisiana Court of Appeals that demonstrates how a failure to follow these rules to the letter could result in penalties and, perhaps, even the loss of appeal rights.
