Will Baldwin, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group in New Orleans, and Cindy Muller, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group in Houston, co-authored the article “Offshore Wind Gains Momentum - A Primer on Applicable Regulations” for Texas Lawyer.  Will and Cindy give readers an overview on some of the regulatory landscape for the offshore wind industry, including Bureau of Ocean Energy Management regulations under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and the coastwise trade laws.
