William C. Baldwin, Grady S. Hurley, and Lance M. Sannino, partners in the Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, attended the joint meeting between the Maritime Law Association and the Baltic International Maritime Counsel (BIMCO) in New York, May 1-4, 2018. BIMCO is the largest international shipping association representing shipowners and is responsible for drafting the international maritime form agreements for charters, cargo, salvage and financing. Jones Walker co-sponsored the BIMCO reception held at the Harvard Club of New York.
