JoJo Adams and Lindsay Dowdle, partners in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Jackson office, spoke at the 24th Annual Mississippi HR Conference and Expo on September 16–18, 2019, in Tupelo, MS. The pair presented two sessions: “Best Practices for Employment Law Compliance” focusing on best practices to reduce risk and avoid costly litigation, and “Americans with Disabilities Act and Interplay with the Family and Medical Leave Act” which reviewed employer obligations under the ADA.
