LSU's 47th Annual Estate Planning Seminar took place on October 12 and 13, 2017, in Baton Rouge. John C. Blackman IV, a partner in the Tax & Estates Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office, served as the chair of the planning committee. Miriam Wogan Henry, a partner in the Tax & Estates Practice Group in the New Orleans office, also served on the planning committee. Additionally, Ms. Henry provided a presentation entitled "Class Trusts, Substitution and Tips for Multi-Generation Trusts under the Louisiana Trust Code."
