Jones Walker attorneys John C. Blackman and Brandon A. Lagarde will speak at an upcoming Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants Tax Day seminar, held annually by the Baton Rouge Chapter. The seminar will take place at the Lod Cook Alumni Center on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, with Mr. Blackman's session on IRC Section 409A beginning at 8:30 a.m. and concluding at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Lagarde's session, titled "Partnership, Limited Liability Companies and S Corporations Update," will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 2:00 p.m.
