House Bill No. 606 (attached) has been introduced by Casey Eure, the Chairman of the Mississippi House Gaming Committee. This bill could be the vehicle for authorizing online sports wagering in the Magnolia State. This is the fifth year that Mississippi has attempted to pass such enabling legislation.  2023 could be the year that it finally happens, but it will require consensus from constituent parties that in years past has been elusive to obtain.
