Neville Boschert, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, moderated a panel entitled “Effective Use of Remote Technology in Litigation and Arbitration” at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) 2021 Virtual Midyear meeting on February 18, 2021. The panel discussed the use of and issues with remote technology at trials and arbitration proceedings and how to effectively communicate with a judge, jury, and arbitrator in remote proceedings. Neville is the current Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the IADC.
