Neville H. Boschert, a partner in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, presented at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) annual meeting in Lisbon, Portugal, on July 8, 2018. The presentation, “How to Win Trademark Infringement Lawsuits and Influence Jurors,” included a mock jury hearing arguments from counsel based on two famous trademark disputes educating participants on trademark infringement issues, as well as how to advise domestic and foreign clients embroiled in trademark disputes.
