Ellis Brazeal, a partner and co-leader of the aerospace and aviation team in the Birmingham office, together with John Mills, a partner on the bankruptcy & restructuring team in the Atlanta office, participated as panelists at the A&D SupplyChain conference on January 31, 2023, in Beverly Hills, California. Ellis and John’s panel presentation, “Restructuring in the Supply Chain,” provided an overview of the potential issues related to supply chain recovery in the commercial aviation industry, including liquidity, shoring up balance sheets, and working capital.
