Tim Brechtel, a partner in the Tax Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented the "Employee Benefits Update" during the Spring Various Chemical Companies (VCC) Conference on May 7, 2026, at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capital Center. His presentation focused on topics including the benefits of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, Trump Accounts, and the SECURE 2.0 Act. He also provided compliance, regulatory, and fiduciary updates to more than 100 HR and benefits professionals working at chemical companies throughout the Gulf Coast.
