Andre B. Burvant, a partner in the firm's Tax & Estates Practice Group in the New Orleans office, will speak at the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) 2015 Sales Tax School II – Theory and Practice for the Experienced Sales and Use Tax Professional in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 29, 2015. Mr. Burvant's session will address sales and use tax issues and treatments related to selected corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
