Bradley R. Byrne, partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group, recently presented at the November 2, 2012, meeting of the Alabama Society of Professional Engineers.  Mr. Byrne’s presentation titled, "Changes in Alabama’s Ethics and Election Laws—What You Should Know" discussed the 2010 and 2011 laws passed by the Alabama Legislature which resulted in tighter restrictions on contributions to public officials and greater transparency in political campaign donations and expenditures.
