Rob Carothers, a partner in the Mobile office, and Micah Fincher, an associate in the New Orleans office, presented “Data Security for Banks: Helping Banks to Prepare for and Respond to Data Security Incidents,” for the Louisiana Bankers Association on December 12, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. During their presentation, Rob and Micah explained how to qualify for the safe harbor for financial institutions under Louisiana’s Data Breach Notification Law.
