Rob Carothers, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the Mobile office, and Micah Fincher, an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, co-presented “Preparing For and Dealing With Data Breach Incidents” during the Bank Directors’ College at Auburn University on March 14, 2019. The presentation focused on how data breaches can affect banks and outlined ways in which bankers can protect their institutions.
