Rob Carothers, partner in the Mobile office and member of the Banking and Financial Services Industry Team, participated in a panel discussion on bank mergers and acquisitions during the Alabama Bankers Association CEO, Executive Management, and Director’s Conference held on August 1–3, 2019 in Point Clear, AL. Rob spoke about issues to consider when planning for a bank merger as well as key deal points during the merger agreement negotiation.
