Jeff Tillery, a partner and co-leader of the maritime litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution team, participated in the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) and The American College of Trial Lawyers' (ACTL) Boot Camp for Trial Lawyers on September 18, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The CLE program featured a mock trial of the historic Rosenberg Spy Case, bringing together high-profile trial lawyers from the ACTL to argue Julius and Ethel Rosenberg's guilt or innocence, and included lectures from experienced litigators on trial strategies. Jeff presented the closing arguments for the prosecution, representing the federal government against the defendants' attorney to prove the espionage against the Rosenbergs.
