Jones Walker Maritime Practice Group partners Grady Hurley, Edward LeBreton, Chris Hannan, and William Baldwin, together with special counsel Julia Banegas, spoke at Tulane University Law School's 31st Biennial Admiralty Law Institute on March 25–27, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Grady participated in the "Plimsoll Line of Vessel Status Under Maritime Laws" panel, Edward participated in the "Salvage" panel, Chris and Julia participated in the "Competition and Integrity for America’s Ocean Supply Chain" panel, and Will participated in the "US and International Vessel Documentation and Financing" panel.

The Admiralty Law Institute at Tulane University is the oldest and largest continuing legal education program devoted to maritime law. The three-day event brought together lawyers, representatives from the shipping and marine insurance industries, and academics from across the globe.
