The first quarterly meeting of the Bankers Compliance Task Force supported by Jones Walker LLP was held in Flowood, Mississippi, on January 29. A diverse range of topics was discussed, including an update on electronic payments by representatives from Shazam; an Online Banking Fraud update by Jane Downard of IS Auditors; Mississippi and Tennessee legislative updates by Eric Bennett and Amy Heaslet from the Mississippi and Tennessee Bankers Associations, respectively; and other various updates and reminders that will be summarized in this article.
