NEW ORLEANS—Corporate Counsel magazine has named the firm a "Go-To Law Firm® of the World’s Leading Companies." The list of "Go-To Law Firms®" was published in a supplement to the December 2007 issue of Fortune magazine. "Go-To Law Firms®" were selected based on an ALM (formerly American Lawyer Media) national survey of General Counsel of Fortune 500® companies and leading financial services companies, as well as on in-depth research and analysis of various public filings and resources. A number of firms are then selected as "Go-To Law Firms®." No law firm can pay to be included.

According to Corporate Counsel, Jones Walker was named to the list because three of the firm's clients that participated in the survey commended Jones Walker's labor and employment and litigation representation.
