Adams, III, both partners on the firm’s State & Local tax Team in the New Orleans office, presented at the Council​ on State Taxation Southwest-West Regional State Tax Seminar in Dallas, Texas, on June 11, 2015. The partners presented an update on significant state tax issues for the Southwest/West States, focusing on Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, as well as Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
