Jason Culotta, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, participated as a speaker on the "Transitioning From Onshore To Offshore: Challenges & Lessons Learned" panel during the Business Network for Offshore Wind OSW O&M/Health & Safety Summit on February 3rd & 4th 2022. In the session, Jason addressed workforce issues and trends learned from the onshore industry and outlined how those can carry forward to the offshore wind landscape.
