Litigation partner, Mark Cunningham, and corporate partner, Rick McMillan, presented to fellow members of the bar at "The Procrastinator's Program" sponsored by the New Orleans Bar Association. The end of year CLE program was held at the Pan Am Building in New Orleans held December 19, 22, 23, 29 and 30. On December 29, Mr. McMillan's topic was Sarbanes-Oxley and on December 30, Mr. Cunningham's topic was 'Price Fixing, Bid-Rigging, Info. Exchanges & Resale Price Maintenance: What They are & What to Look For."
