Mark A. Cunningham, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, has joined the Lawyers Committee of the National Center for State Courts ("NCSC"). NCSC's Lawyers Committee involves prominent practicing attorneys in the organization's work and programs, which are dedicated to improving the administration of justice. Committee members actively participate in outreach to and support for the bench, bar, and legal community, and encourage support for NCSC initiatives. The NCSC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the administration of justice by providing leadership and service to the state courts.
