On November 2, litigation partner Mark Cunningham moderated a presentation for the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association at Tulane Law School. The national program titled, "Why Antitrust," is intended to introduce law students to antitrust law as a topic of study and practice area.  In addition to Mr. Cunningham, the panel members included United States States District Judge Sarah Vance, plaintiff antitrust class action lawyer Stuart DeRoches, and Professor Gary Roberts.
