On June 7, New Orleans litigation partner Mark A. Cunningham presented on defense of merchant class action lawsuits and litigation risk management at the Summer Meeting of the Northeast Acquirers Association held at the Hilton, Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.  Other speakers included representatives from Visa USA, Inc., American Express, and Discover Card.  The Northeast Acquirers Association is the largest trade group of companies operating in the credit card industry in the Northern United States.
