Litigation partner Mark A. Cunningham's recent article, "April Showers for VISA and MasterCard: A Legal Perspective of the VISA/MasterCard Settlement," appeared in the July issue of Transaction World Magazine. The article discusses the business implications of the settlement agreement in the antitrust case brought by Wal-Mart and other merchants against VISA and MasterCard. Transaction World Magazine is a full-color monthly trade publication serving Independent Sales Organizations and Merchant Service Providers in the electronic transaction processing industry and has over 15,500 subscribers. Mr. Cunningham will publish a second article in the September issue of Transaction World Magazine on the topic of litigation risk management.
