Partner Madeleine (" Nikko") Fischer presented at the New Orleans Bar Association's "Procrastinator's Program" on December 29, 2010 in New Orleans. Ms. Fischer was one of two speakers on Current Insurance Coverage Issues in Chinese Drywall Litigation. Her presentation focused on coverage under commercial general liability policies issued to builders who used Chinese-manufactured drywall in residential construction. The popular "Procrastinator's Program" is sponsored by the NOBA as part of its continuing legal education program.
