Shawn Daray, an associate in the Tax Practice Group, presented with Adam Green, a policy and regulatory consultant at Worley, at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) 2024 Spring Meeting and 20th Global Congress on Process Safety in New Orleans, Louisiana, on March 24–28, 2024. Shawn and Adam’s presentation “The Resounding Impact of the Inflation Reduction Act on Deployment of Climate Technology and the Global Response to its Economic Impact” covered the global response to the IRA as well as notable IRA tax credits for the ethylene industry and their provisions.
