Nadia de la Houssaye, a partner and co-leader of the firm’s Healthcare Industry Team, and Myla Reizen, a partner on the firm’s Healthcare Industry Team, presented at the International Performance Management Institute (IPMI) Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute on February 23, 2026, in Amelia Island, Florida. Myla moderated and Nadia participated in the “Key Regulatory and Compliance Areas for Telehealth and Digital Health Today” panel, together with Molly McGinnis, vice president of clinical services and practice development at Butterfly Effects, and Evelyn Terrell, associate vice president of strategy and network services at Nicklaus Children's Health System. The panelists focused on how regulatory guidance seeks to balance innovation with patient safety and ethical use of technology. They explored emerging trends in telehealth, key regulatory and compliance issues, and the ever-evolving rules providers must navigate to leverage telehealth while ensuring compliance.
