Nadia de la Houssaye, co-leader of the firm's Healthcare Industry Team, was named the secretary of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) Health Law Section board on October 11, 2023, and additionally, is slated to be the chair of the section in 2026. The FBA Health Law Section works extensively with the FBA to promote advocacy and to provide educational opportunities to the federal healthcare bar. In this role, Nadia will work with the board in implementing regulatory proposals and change, in addition to offering healthcare regulatory guidance to its members.
