Rae Vasquez, a partner in the Tax Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office, presented at the American Bar Association (ABA) forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law, on Friday, May 26, 2023. The forum serves as an avenue for distributing information, training programs, and educational meetings to address new issues and ongoing concerns on the topic. Rae's presentation, "Debt 201: Answers to Questions You Were Too Scared to Ask," covered various debt structures, closing and disbursement topics and conversion to permanent debt and securitization thereof.
