Rench, both in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, co-authored an article for The Brief, an American Bar Association publication. The article, "Defendants Should Be Careful What They Ask For—Federal Court Resistance to State Law Class Action Restrictions following Shady Grove and Lisk,”  explores the influence of the Lisk decision on the interpretation of Shady Grove.
