Jeff Tillery, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group, served as a panelist during two recent Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) events. Jeff's panel presentation at the LSBA 31st Annual Admiralty Symposium on October 30, 2024, "Maritime Wrongful Death Investigations," discussed issues involved in maritime wrongful death investigations. He also participated in a panel discussion at the LSBA Advanced Appellate Practice Seminar on December 4, 2024, "Different Focus But One Goal: A Conversation between Trial and Appellate Lawyers," that provided techniques for trial counsel and appellate counsel to work towards the same goal.
