Brett Venn, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s “Jury Trials Revisited” CLE on October 28, 2022. Brett presented on “Direct Examination of Expert and Lay Witnesses,” and he discussed best practices, standards, and recent developments in Louisiana federal and state courts for direct examination of expert and fact witnesses in jury trials.
