Frederic, III, all partners in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group, recently presented at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Institute's Advanced Accounting & Reporting for SEC Professionals workshop. The presentation, "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act Executive Compensation Provisions: One Year Later," covered several areas of interest pertaining to the Dodd-Frank Act, including Say-on-Pay, Compensation Committee Independence, Hedging Disclosure, and Clawback Policies. The attorneys also covered a variety of the proposed rulemaking developments relating to executive compensation.
