Michael B. Donald, partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, served as a panelist at the 6th Annual Clean Carbon Policy Summit & Project Expo, held October 5 in Austin. Mr. Donald delivered a presentation titled “Carbon Sequestration: Resource Management Through the Storage of Carbon Dioxide in Geologic Structures,” highlighting Louisiana’s proactive approach to facilitating geologic storage of CO2. Other panelists included State Representative Thomas E. Lubnau, Wyoming House of Representatives, and John Thompson, Director, Coal Transition Project, Clean Air Task Force.
