Marc Dunbar, a partner in the Government Relations Practice Group in the Tallahassee office and President of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL), spoke at the 2025 International Masters of Gaming Law Autumn Conference in Lisbon, Portugal on September 18, 2025.
